Common questions

The mic isn't working

iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → make sure Logro AI is toggled on. Also check Speech Recognition. If both are on and the blob still isn't transcribing, try restarting the app.

The AI parse failed

The parse step needs network. If you're offline, the capture is still saved as raw text — you can re-parse later. If you're online and seeing repeated failures, email hello@logroai.com with what you were trying to capture.

My data is gone after reinstalling

Data is stored locally on the device. Deleting the app deletes the data. CloudKit sync is on the roadmap and will solve this for future versions.

What happens to my voice?

The audio never leaves your device. Apple's Speech framework transcribes it locally; only the resulting text is sent to the AI parser, with a small context window of your existing domains and people. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Can I use my own Anthropic API key?

Yes. In Settings → Advanced, switch "Use direct API" on and paste your key. The Worker proxy and quota no longer apply.

Status

If api.logroai.com is down, the AI parse will fail. We'll post incidents to our X account (@logroai) and resolve via email.
