Privacy Policy

Logro AI is a voice-first personal capture app. This policy explains what data the app and its backend handle, what is sent to third parties, and what is not collected at all. It is written in plain language because that is more useful than legalese.

1. Who we are

G-DLY Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Logro AI ("we", "us", "Logro AI"). Contact: privacy@logroai.com.

2. What stays on your device

Almost everything. Logro AI is built around an on-device database; the App Store binary and the iOS Speech framework do the heavy lifting locally.

• Microphone audio. Audio is captured by Apple's Speech framework and transcribed on device. The raw audio is never written to disk and never leaves your phone.
• Transcribed text. The transcribed text of each capture is stored locally in your app's SwiftData database.
• Tasks, memories, people, domains, follow-ups. All structured data the app generates is stored locally.

3. What is sent to our servers

The AI step runs only after you agree to AI processing during setup (you can turn it off anytime in Settings → Privacy). When it runs — for a capture or a question to Ask logro — the app sends a request to our backend at api.logroai.com. That request contains:

• The transcribed (or typed) text of the capture, or your question.
• Context so the AI can file things correctly: the names of your domains; the names and roles of your people; your open tasks (text, due date, priority); and your saved memories (text, category, tags, any place names you noted, linked people) — up to a few hundred of each. Completed tasks and follow-up notes are not sent.
• Your device's region and language, so dates and phrasing are interpreted correctly.
• An anonymous device token (a random per-install UUID, signed with HMAC) used to enforce a daily quota, and — if you subscribe to logro Pro — a flag indicating an active subscription.

Our backend forwards the request to Anthropic's Claude API, receives the structured response, and returns it to your phone. We do not log request or response contents; we keep only a per-device count of requests per day (for about 36 hours) and standard rate-limiting counters.

Feedback. If you send feedback from inside the app, the text you write, the optional voice transcription, any photos or videos you choose to attach, your app version, and a truncated device ID are stored on our backend for up to 90 days and forwarded to Linear, the issue tracker we use to fix bugs.

4. Third parties

We use the minimum number of third parties required to run the app:

• Anthropic, PBC. Hosts the Claude language model that performs the AI parse. Anthropic's API has zero data retention by default and does not train on API traffic. See Anthropic Commercial Terms.
• Apple. The App Store distributes the app and the iOS Speech framework performs on-device transcription. Apple's standard policies apply.
• Linear Orbit, Inc. Hosts the issue tracker where in-app feedback (including any photos or videos you attach) is stored so we can fix bugs. Only feedback you choose to send goes there. See Linear's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare, Inc. Runs the network edge that fronts api.logroai.com and serves this website. Standard request metadata (IP, user agent) is processed transiently by Cloudflare for routing and abuse prevention.

We do not use analytics providers, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or marketing pixels.

Equal protection. Every third party above is contractually bound to protect your data to the same standard we hold ourselves to, and none of them may use it for their own purposes. Anthropic processes API traffic under its Commercial Terms with zero data retention and no training on your content. Cloudflare and Linear act as processors on our instructions only. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and nobody in this list is permitted to.

Permission comes first. Nothing described in section 3 leaves your device until you agree to AI processing on the consent screen shown during setup. If you decline, or later turn it off in Settings → Privacy, the app stops sending — including scheduled daily briefings. Capture, browsing and search continue to work entirely on device.

5. What we do not collect

• No account. No email, password, or username is required to use the app.
• No real name, phone number, address, date of birth, or other identifiers.
• No advertising identifiers (IDFA, IDFV).
• No device location. (Place names you mention in a capture are saved as part of your own content.)
• No access to your contacts or calendar. Photos or videos are read only when you pick them to attach to a feedback report.
• No third-party analytics or behavioral tracking.

6. Your rights and choices

• Delete everything. Delete the app from your device — all of your content lives there and nothing else is stored about you on our servers beyond the anonymous quota counters, which expire within 36 hours. Feedback you sent is deleted from our systems within 90 days, or sooner on request.
• Stop sending data to the AI. Turn off AI processing in Settings → Privacy. Captures then stay on your device unprocessed; turn it back on whenever you like.
• Ask us about your data. Email privacy@logroai.com.

7. Children

Logro AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Jurisdiction and regional rights

We are based in Florida, United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the rights granted by GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we do not collect personal data on a server, most of these rights are exercised by simply uninstalling the app. For anything else, email privacy@logroai.com.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, if the change affects what data leaves your device, surface a notice in the app on the next launch.
