Privacy Policy
Effective: launch date, 2026. Last updated: May 11, 2026.
Logro AI is a voice-first personal capture app. This policy explains what data the app and its backend handle, what is sent to third parties, and what is not collected at all. It is written in plain language because that is more useful than legalese.
1. Who we are
G-DLY Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Logro AI ("we", "us", "Logro AI"). Contact: privacy@logroai.com.
2. What stays on your device
Almost everything. Logro AI is built around an on-device database; the App Store binary and the iOS Speech framework do the heavy lifting locally.
- Microphone audio. Audio is captured by Apple's Speech framework and transcribed on device. The raw audio is never written to disk and never leaves your phone.
- Transcribed text. The transcribed text of each capture is stored locally in your app's SwiftData database.
- Tasks, memories, people, domains, follow-ups. All structured data the app generates is stored locally.
3. What is sent to our servers
When you trigger an AI parse (the step that turns a voice note into structured tasks and memories), the app sends a request to our backend at api.logroai.com. That request contains:
- The transcribed text of the capture.
- A lightweight context window: the names of your domains, the names of your people, and the titles of your open tasks. We send this so the AI can match a new task to the right person and avoid duplicating an existing one. We do not send completed tasks, memory contents, follow-up text, dates of birth, locations, or any free-form personal narrative beyond what is needed to interpret the current capture.
- An anonymous device token (a UUID signed with HMAC) so we can enforce a per-device daily quota.
Our backend forwards the request to Anthropic's Claude API, receives the structured response, and returns it to your phone. We do not log the request or response payloads.
4. Third parties
We use the minimum number of third parties required to run the app:
- Anthropic, PBC. Hosts the Claude language model that performs the AI parse. Anthropic's API has zero data retention by default and does not train on API traffic. See Anthropic Commercial Terms.
- Apple. The App Store distributes the app and the iOS Speech framework performs on-device transcription. Apple's standard policies apply.
- Cloudflare, Inc. Runs the network edge that fronts
api.logroai.comand serves this website. Standard request metadata (IP, user agent) is processed transiently by Cloudflare for routing and abuse prevention.
We do not use analytics providers, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or marketing pixels.
5. What we do not collect
- No account. No email, password, or username is required to use the app.
- No real name, phone number, address, date of birth, or other identifiers.
- No advertising identifiers (IDFA, IDFV).
- No location data.
- No contacts, calendar, or photo library access.
- No third-party analytics or behavioral tracking.
6. Your rights and choices
- Delete everything. Delete the app from your device. There is no server account to wipe; the anonymous device token simply stops being honored at the next quota reset.
- Stop sending data to the AI. The app works without an AI parse — you can dictate and store captures locally. The AI step is opt-in per capture.
- Ask us about your data. Email privacy@logroai.com.
7. Children
Logro AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Jurisdiction and regional rights
We are based in Florida, United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the rights granted by GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we do not collect personal data on a server, most of these rights are exercised by simply uninstalling the app. For anything else, email privacy@logroai.com.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, if the change affects what data leaves your device, surface a notice in the app on the next launch.
10. Contact
